Now Boarding: BRIDGE™ Workshop for Denver International Airport

Last week, I had the privilege of facilitating a workshop for the Denver International Airport—specifically, the Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation (CEEA) team—in beautiful Golden, Colorado.

The day was all about connection. Through interactive activities, we explored themes like storytelling, adaptability, and resilience. What stood out most to me was the genuine care and collaboration within this team. Not only do they support one another, but they also serve as a bridge (no pun intended) connecting different divisions of the airport and, more broadly, the Denver community.

Working with CEEA reminded me why I created BRIDGE™: to make meaningful connection accessible, giving individuals, teams, and communities the space to collaborate, share stories, and strengthen trust. Their energy, curiosity, and engagement made facilitating the workshop a truly inspiring experience.

I’m excited to see the impact CEEA will continue making across the airport and beyond!
